For all clients with active acne or breakouts — this one is for you! Participation in the Face Reality® Acne Bootcamp requires a mandatory virtual consultation before enrollment. During your consultation, a Face Reality® certified expert will: Assess your lifestyle habits and current skincare routine Analyze your skin virtually to determine the best product line and treatment plan Perform a skin sensitivity test and provide a light hydrating treatment to prep your skin for your at-home regimen. Save time and money by combining your consultation and first area treatment! Please specify in your appointment notes if you'd like an area other than the face. Please Note: Product purchases are not included in the consultation fee and will be recommended by the Face Reality® certified expert after your skin analysis. Products are essential to begin the program and are purchased separately at your discretion following the consultation. 12-Week Commitment & Follow-Up Sessions The Face Reality® Acne Bootcamp is a 12-week treatment program designed for clear, lasting results. Continued support, progress assessments, and adjustments require separate follow-up appointments, which must be booked in advance. Commitment to the full 12-week protocol is essential for success and is required by the Face Reality® program guidelines. Ongoing communication and guidance are not included in the initial consultation fee and must be scheduled separately. Booking & Cancellation Terms for Face Reality® All consultations are prepaid and non-refundable. No exceptions. By booking, you agree to our strict Face Reality® Cancellation & Refund Policy. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in full forfeiture of the prepaid fee. No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded. Rescheduling is permitted only if done 48 hours or more in advance.

Viva Lumiere Wellness Booking Policy At Viva Lumiere Wellness, we value your time and are committed to creating a relaxing, personalized experience for every client. To keep the booking process smooth and fair for everyone, please review our policy below. We want you to enjoy your treatment day without interruption — that’s why we offer flexibility to pay in full or partially at booking, or on the day of your service. Booking & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours or same-day cancellations will incur a $25 fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges. Payments & Packages Prepaid treatment service packages are non-refundable, but may be applied toward future services within the validity period. All sales are final. Consultations & Programs Consultation forms must be completed at least 48 hours before your 1st appointment to ensure proper preparation for your visit. Face Reality® Acne Bootcamp requires a mandatory consultation and product purchase as part of the Face Reality company program requirement. We understand life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment so we can accommodate other clients waiting to book.
