At Viva Lumière Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality, thoughtfully curated skincare and wellness products. Because many of our items are custom-crafted or exclusive to professional members, we follow a strict return and cancellation process to maintain quality and control costs.

 

Additionally, due to health and hygiene protocols—including heightened safety standards following the COVID-19 pandemic—we are unable to accept returns on any skincare or wellness products once they have been shipped.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the custom-blended nature of our aromatherapy botanical oils and the exclusivity of our membership-only skincare products, all sales are final once processed.

 

This policy ensures we maintain the highest standards in product integrity and service, while keeping costs manageable for our valued clients.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

 

We understand that verifying true product defects upon arrival can be difficult, especially with natural or handmade formulations. That’s why all claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and require clear documentation.

To request a review, please email VivaLumiereWellness@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and original packaging

 

If approved, we may issue a store credit or replacement.

 

Cancellation Requests

 

We do not accept direct cancellations through the website.

 

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at VivaLumiereWellness@gmail.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

Requests will be reviewed individually. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer product exchanges at this time due to product type and hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy - the basics
