Your journey begins with a Consultation and Treatment, where your Acne Expert will discuss your acne, skin type, and lifestyle factors. You'll leave with a customized Face Reality Skincare routine. The 6 follow-up appointments include personalized acne treatments every two weeks to keep you on track. *First set of home care products included. **Package is non-refundable The 6 follow-up appointments will consist of a customized acne treatment deemed best fit by your Acne Expert every two weeks to ensure you are on the path to clear skin.
Cancellation Policy
Viva Lumiere Wellness Booking Policy At Viva Lumiere Wellness, we value your time and are committed to creating a relaxing, personalized experience for every client. To keep the booking process smooth and fair for everyone, please review our policy below. We want you to enjoy your treatment day without interruption — that’s why we offer flexibility to pay in full or partially at booking, or on the day of your service. Booking & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours or same-day cancellations will incur a $25 fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges. Payments & Packages Prepaid treatment service packages are non-refundable, but may be applied toward future services within the validity period. All sales are final. Consultations & Programs Consultation forms must be completed at least 48 hours before your 1st appointment to ensure proper preparation for your visit. Face Reality® Acne Bootcamp requires a mandatory consultation and product purchase as part of the Face Reality company program requirement. We understand life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment so we can accommodate other clients waiting to book.
