Viva Lumiere Wellness Booking Policy At Viva Lumiere Wellness, we value your time and are committed to creating a relaxing, personalized experience for every client. To keep the booking process smooth and fair for everyone, please review our policy below. We want you to enjoy your treatment day without interruption — that’s why we offer flexibility to pay in full or partially at booking, or on the day of your service. Booking & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours or same-day cancellations will incur a $25 fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges. Payments & Packages Prepaid treatment service packages are non-refundable, but may be applied toward future services within the validity period. All sales are final. Consultations & Programs Consultation forms must be completed at least 48 hours before your 1st appointment to ensure proper preparation for your visit. Face Reality® Acne Bootcamp requires a mandatory consultation and product purchase as part of the Face Reality company program requirement. We understand life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment so we can accommodate other clients waiting to book.
